Heavy Rainfall in Uttarakhand

From many Days it is very Heavily Raining in Many areas of Uttarakhand like Haldwani,Nainital,Almora ,Deharadun etc. Due to this rain all the transport system is affected. In may area's there is a heavy traffic and people are stuck in the jam for long hours.And the Most important of all is the bad condition of Roads.
