Uttarakhand Government Remove VAT on Petrol

On 24th May 2012 Petrol has reached its maximum value as its rate are increased with Rs.7.54 per Litre in India. On seeing increasing rate of Petrol Uttarakhand Government has taken a good step by removing 25% of the VAT on Petrol. Now petrol will be Rs 1.87 cheaper in Uttarakhand. Hope that government come forward and do something to reduce this hike on petrol. New Petrol price in major cities are as follows.

Delhi Petrol Price : Rs.73.14 per litre
Mumbai Petrol Price : Rs.78.16/lt
Kolkata Petrol Price : Rs.77.53/lt
Chennai Petrol Price : Rs.77.05
