Municipal Corporation In Haldwani & Haridwar

Uttarakhand Government has finally decided to have Municipal Corporation In Haldwani & Haridwar instead of Municipal Bodies. Haldwani & Haridwar has become second cities in Uttarakhand to have Municipal Corporations, till now Dehradun was the only city to have have municipal corporation.

The announcement was made by Uttarakhand CM Shri. Ramesh Pokhriyal 'Nishank' at a press conference in Dehradun. The work of this up-gradation has already begin in Halwdani with the new infrastructure.
