Tender Notice-Procurement of Medical Equipments for Different Government Hospitals of Uttarakhand.

Sealed bids are invited from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or their authorized supplier under two bid system by Director General M .H & F.W., Uttarakhand on behalf of Governor of Uttarakhand for procurement of medical equipments for different Government hospitals of Uttarakhand. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) should have Valid Registration of ISO 9000 series certificates on the date of opening of the tender.

The bid document and the Specifications are obtained on all working days between 10.00 AM to 2.00 PM with effect from dated 1st November, 2009 to 15th November, 2009 on cash payment of non refundable amount of Rs. 500.00 + 63.00 (VAT) = Rs. 563.00 (Rupees Five Hundred sixty Three only). The completed bids shall be submitted with the original & copy bids documents purchased from CMSD, DGMH &FW Uttarakhand, The bid document down loaded from the web site is not valid to participate the tender .
